We create custom hand-painted porcelain - plates and mugs featuring the people, pets, and moments that matter to you.
Each piece is painted by hand, kiln-fired. This means it is food-safe functional as it is lasting.
The Process
1. Request
Submit the form below with your photograph and your selections.
We review every request and respond within [2-5] business days with a quote and timeline.
2. Deposit
A 50% deposit confirms your commission. It covers your porcelain piece, materials, and design work.
Work begins once the deposit is recieved.
3. Design Approval
Before any paint is applied, we send you a sketch of your design.
Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included at this stage.
Painting begins only once you confirm your approval by email reply.
4. Painting & Firing
Porcelain painting is built in layers. Your piece is painted and kiln-fired a few times to develop depth, detail, and durability.
We send a progress photograph so you can see your piece take shape..
5. Final Approval & Delivery
When your piece is complete, we send final photographs.
Once approved, the remaining 50% balance plus shipping is due.
Your piece is then carefully packaged and shipped with tracking.
**Estimated Duration**
[2-6] weeks from deposit to dispatch.
The firing process cannot be rushed without compromising quality, so please order early for gift deadlines.
Pricing
All prices are in AUD and include the porcelain piece, hand-painting, kiln firings, packaging. Shipping is quoted separately by destination.
